Do I need to complete KYC to book?
Yes. After you choose your car, dates, and payment option, you upload your licence, PAN, Aadhaar, and address proof once. There is no manual approval wait — you move straight to payment.
What payment options are available?
You can pay online via Razorpay (cards, UPI, wallets, net banking), pay by UPI and submit a reference, or pay by bank transfer for manual confirmation.
Can I pay only part of the amount?
Yes. You can choose to pay the full amount or a part now and the balance at pickup, depending on the booking.
How do I get my booking confirmation?
Once your payment is confirmed, you receive your booking summary by email and WhatsApp automatically.
